All orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays)  will be processed and shipped the same day.

 

> Item Availability

All items in the Xr e-shop are in stock unless noted ‘SOLD OUT’.

If the item you wish to purchase is out of stock, please e-mail us at info@xr-jewelry.com to request an email notification when the item is available again for sale.

 

> Payment Methods

Xr e-shop accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discovery all through stripe.com

You are not required to have a Stripe account or a Paypal account to purchase on Xr e-shop.

We do not accept cash, checks or money orders.

 

> Sales Tax

Xr e-shop charges sales tax for New York residents only.

 

> Tracking Your Order

An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is received. In addition, a shipment confirmation and the tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct as we cannot reroute packages after they have been shipped.

For Domestic orders, Xr e-shop uses USPS Priority Mail® for 2-3 Day Service Standard (with a delivery confirmation), and FedEx Standard Overnight® for next day delivery.

   • Rush Delivery (Next business day - must be placed before 1pm) shipping & handling fees

     Rate : $30

 

> Shipping outside of U.S.

For international orders, Xr e-shop uses FedEx.

     Rate : $38 (tracking available / 3 business days / insurance included)

 

Xr e-shop is not responsible for any Taxes, Duties, and Freight charges for International Orders.

Any custom fees will be charged to the recipient.

 

> Shipping Restrictions

Xr e-shop does not ship orders on weekends and holidays.

Ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico (only 2-3 day express service).

Xr e-shop is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
